All purchase transactions made through the Website are subject to our Shipping Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
All Products purchased from us are delivered to you by a third-party delivery company you choose at the time of placing your Order.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- Free standard USPS shipping | 3-7 business days is valid on Order subtotals of $99 or more (after discounts applied, before taxes).
- Standard shipping for Orders under $99 | 3-10 business days | $9
- USPS Priority Mail | 2-3 business days | $20
The original shipping fee is non-refundable once your Order is shipped.
Please note that there may be short delays in shipping and delivering your Order during peak holiday shopping season and industry supply chain challenges.
We process and ship all Orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Any Order placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
For security reasons, all Wedding Gowns and Evening Gowns online purchases will require a signature upon delivery.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
All Products are available for shipping in the USA only.
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through USPS.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we only ship withing the USA and working on offering worldwide shipping.
WHEN SHALL I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most of the Products we sell are shipped within 1-2 business days.
If you have placed an Order that includes several Products with different delivery times or a Product that is backordered, we will dispatch all the items that have said delivery time within 1-2 business days and we will send you another shipment with the rest of the Order, at no additional cost.
If you have ordered a Wedding Gown or an Evening Gown with a default size, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and 2-3 month if your dress is “Made-to-Measure.”

CALCULATING DELIVERY TIME
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse Monday – Friday.
To determine approximate delivery day, begin with the first business day after your Order has shipped. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and Orders may not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- Delivery of Orders with standard shipping option usually takes 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your Order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking link.
- Unfortunately, at the present time we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
We offer three different express shipping options:
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
– The shipping cutoff time for express shipping is 12pm EST Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
– Once your Order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking link.
– We may not be able to ship your Order with overnight or express shipping if you live in a remote location or if it is or PO Box address.
HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER?
If you want to know the status of your Order and when it should arrive, you can easily check it in the “MY ACCOUNT” section 24 hours a day or using the tracking number you have received from us.
You will become the owner of the Products and will assume the risk of loss at the time of delivery by us of the Products to the third-party delivery company you choose at the time of placing your Order.
We shall not be in fault if delivery is delayed or rendered impossible by forces of nature, war, civil commotion, governmental action, terrorism, fire, storm, flood, explosion, strikes, walkouts, pandemic, other industrial disturbances, utility, Services or transportation interruptions or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
